- Design the member experience for a preventive health membership that tests 100+ biomarkers twice a year, working in Figma with the Head of Product, engineering and customer experience.
- Redesigned the medical intake’s habits questions, replacing vague frequency labels with a 7-point day scale so every answer means one exact thing. Shipped and live in the product.
- Designed one results tracker for every lab, country and product, so members always know what is happening and when. Presented the system at company Demo Day.
- Grouped 100+ biomarkers into 5 body systems and 36 health areas, and caught data errors before build.
- Also design wearables, booking and home kit flows across countries, and built the Resources hub in Webflow.

- Solo designer for the Comprehensive Education Center website, built from scratch for 5,000+ students.
- Led research end to end: 15 interviews across 5 user groups and 4 surveys with 365+ responses, shaping a task-first information architecture that made tasks 40% faster to complete.
- Built a 20+ component library and design framework on the university’s design system, adopted by 4 teams.
- Ran two rounds of usability testing with 15+ participants and met WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility from launch.

- Improved navigation and content findability through information architecture changes and wireframes.
Wyld | Product Designer
Mumbai, India | Jun 2020 – Aug 2023
- Co-designed the physical debit card, brand identity and onboarding for a Gen Z fintech app that grew to 50k+ active users across iOS, Android and web.
- Designed an onboarding flow that reached 85% completion, against an industry average of about 40%.
- Made the card itself the marketing: 60% of new users came from word of mouth after launch in December 2022.
